Using my neighbourhood knowledge and experience of the market, I will help you choose a competitive listing price for your home – and keep you up to date on changing market conditions and new listings/sales in your area.

2. Presentation

When it’s time to show your home, I will coordinate with a team of professionals to ensure your home is properly presented. I can advise and assist with everything from repairs and redecoration, to staging and photography, to preparing feature sheets and floor plans. I will organize open houses and follow up with potential Buyers who view your home. Secure and convenient access for showings are assured with a lock-box system and 24-hour booking through my appointment desk.

3. Exposure

My marketing plan will ensure your home receives high-quality, targeted exposure on the most relevant platforms. Home listed with me are promoted to an extensive network of realtors and prospective Buyers, as well as marketed through print and online advertising and a strategic social media campaign.

4. Service

Selling a home can be a complicated transaction. It’s my job to navigate you through this process, ensuring your questions and concerns are addressed at every stage. I will help you prepare and understand all the necessary legal documentation, with assistance as needed from our full-time in-house lawyer. I also provide access to full-time management, marketing, administration, and professional appointment scheduling services through the full-service front desk.

5. Negotiations

I will guide you through the process of receiving and negotiating Offers on your home, make sure you understand what to expect, explain any conditions on the Offers you receive, and coach you on dealing with Buyers and their representatives to make the process as smooth as possible. Once an Offer is accepted, I monitor all arrangements to ensure a smooth closing.
